The RF circuits and antennas lab at the University of Colorado has a complete set of measurement equipment covering the range to 110GHz. This includes:

Both passive and active antennas can be characterized in a 16-foot computer-controlled anechoic chamber. A clean room is used for passive circuit photolithographic fabrication. An LPKF milling machine is used for printed circuit fabrication, and a thermosonic bonder for hybrid circuits. The CAD lab is equipped with all standard microwave CAD tools and some powerful in-house written codes. The lab is used by local industry under a financial arrangement with the University of Colorado.
